Michael Carder
At just 18 years old, Michael began working as a correctional officer. It didn’t take long for him to see the worst in people and become bitter and angry with life. After he turned 21, he met Crystal and, after just a few months of dating, the two married and decided to start a family, having three kids within four years. Still, Michael began to feel that something was missing and wondered if there was more to life.
He quickly became obsessed with buying the latest “big kid” toys, attempting to fill the emptiness with worldly possessions. But when he was injured on the job, his life completely changed. In deep confusion, Michael and his wife were providentially offered Bible studies. It was then that Michael fell in love with the words of Jesus and the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation. Ever since, he and his wife have desired to share with others the truth they found. They have a burning passion to serve God for the rest of their lives and to share the gospel with the world anywhere they are called.
